Delivery will be sent via recorded delivery. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery or
feel free to get in contact if you need a speedy response as this may be possible!

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your print or it was damaged in transit, we will do our best to make it right. You can return or exchange your print within 14 days of receipt. 

You will receive a full refund for items returned within 14 days of receiving your package. The original shipping costs will be deducted from the returned amount. Please get in contact before sending your return. 

To be eligible for a return; 
• your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. 
• It must also be in the original packaging.

When the return shipment is received, I will notify you within 3 business days of the return approval and a credit will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you're shipping artwork back to us for a refund or exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please keep in mind that Izzy Hodge Illustration is not responsible for any returned items that are not received. 

Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the print must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer must pay the return shipping. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. Please get in contact before sending an item back for exchange.
